CUNNINGHAM AND CHAMBERS
IN KEY ACTION THIS WEEKEND

Two of Philadelphia's top dogs see action this weekend. First up, Fast Eddie Chambers returns to the ring to battle old foe Derric Rossy at Bally's Atlantic City on Friday night (02/11). Chambers stopped Rossy in the seventh round of their 2007 first fight. But this time out there is more at stake. The 12-rounder is a sanctioned IBF title elimination bout, with the winner, presumably Chambers, earning a crack at heavyweight champ Wladimir Klitschko. This will be Chambers' first bout since his KO loss to that same champion. Fast Eddie is 35-2 with 18 KOs. Rossy is 25-2 with 14 KOs. Then on Saturday night (02/12), globe-trotting cruiserweight champion Steve Cunningham will defend his second IBF crown for the first time against Enad Licina. The title bout takes place in Germany and is not televised. Cunningham regained his title (which was vacated by Tomasz Adamek) last June. He brings a 23-2 (12 KOs) record in against Licina's 19-2 (10 KOs) slate. Both Philly warriors are favored to win.
