Maryland-based promotional company Jeter Promotions returned to the 2300 Arena Saturday night to present a Pro-Am boxing show that featured two professional contests and a slate of amateur bouts. in the main event, Philly's Thyler Williams extended his undefeated streak to eight straight when he scored a six-round unanimous decision over Dashaun Johns of Bronx, NY.

A clash of heads left welterweight southpaw Williams with a nasty cut over his right eye early in the bout. However, the undefeated prospect fought through the injury and secured the unanimous decision victory. Judges Mark Consentino, John Pturaj, and Justin Rubenstein all had Williams in the lead. The referee was Shawn Clrk. Williams, the "2019 Rookie of the Year" Briscoe Award winner, improved to 8-0, with 5 KOs. Johns lost for the second time and slid to 4-2, 3 KOs.


BURNSIDE WINS DEBUT BY KO

In a scheduled four-rounder between debuting junior welterweights, Kani Burnside, Ironton, OH, scored a knockout over Seng Voong in the final round of their co-feature fight. Referee Shawn Clark called an end to the fight at the 1:40 mark of round four.

Prior to these professional bouts, several amateur bouts were staged.
