Frank 'Blinky' Palermo

MANAGER

Notorious mobster-manager and Frankie Carbo capo helped create the IBC, the first-ever boxing body.  Represented, owned pieces of, or controlled a large stable of  big-name boxers including Ike Williams, Sonny Liston, Johnny Bratton, & Johnny Saxton. Put away in 1961  for his racketeering misdeeds.
